Abstract:

The Medicinal Plant and Community Well-Being Project aims to raise awareness of local medicinal plants, foster knowledge-sharing partnerships with the community, and improve health literacy while emphasizing traditional approaches to wellbeing.The project promotes knowledge exchange between generations and encourages people to reflect on their own and their community’s well-being by sharing their experiences planting, tending, and harvesting medicinal gardens. Through educational workshops, community interviews, and collaborative learning, the project hopes to inspire ongoing community engagement and promote holistic health practices.
